OIT FINANCE

OIT Finance Mission

To support the University's mission of teaching, research, and public service by providing leadership, direction, and support for the enhancement and management of financial assets at the University of Minnesota. This is accomplished by supporting the goals and activities of OIT in a professional and efficient manner in compliance with legal requirements and University policies. 

We provide leadership by being good stewards of OIT's resources through our expertise in the areas of efficient transaction processing, effective internal controls, meaningful financial reporting, and effective budget administration. All members of OIT Finance work toward continuous improvement and professional service delivery.

OIT Finance Team

The OIT Finance Team offers administrative support for other OIT units. Functions include OIT Billing, contract review/Regent's approval process, purchasing, vendor payments, employee reimbursements, budgeting, rate setting, and financial analysis/reporting.
